Chevrolet Tahoe PPV
We engineered the Chevrolet Tahoe PPV with powerful underpinnings like a 5.3L V8 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and then enhanced it with smart police-specific features. With pursuit-built handling, functional cargo space, and front seats that are specifically designed to accommodate duty belts, the Tahoe PPV is a great addition to any law enforcement fleet.

The Chevrolet Tahoe SSV offers useful features and technology your organization needs to take on a variety of tasks. Exceptional space, trailering capacity and dedicated wiring harnesses for upfit add up to capabilities you can count on.
Chevrolet Silverado PPV
The Chevrolet Silverado Police Pursuit Vehicle is the first-ever pursuit-rated Silverado. It combines the standard performance features of the PPV lineup with the expected functionality of a work truck.
Connectivity
When you need to stay connected on the road, Chevrolet police vehicles have you covered. The Police Pursuit Vehicles provide in-vehicle technology such as the touch-free Chevrolet Infotainment System* with Bluetooth®* hands-free connectivity*. Plus, features like Wi-Fi® Hotspot*, USB* ports and OnStar® Remote Access*, which allow officers to stay connected and are designed to help them stay productive.
Room to Work
Our vehicles are built with plenty of space for the driver, front seat passengers, personal equipment and detainees. For example, the Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicle and Special Service Vehicle features a maximum 123.2 cu. ft.* of passenger volume. Plus, we offer an available second-row seat delete for K9 or Hazmat upfits*.
Municipal Lease Program
A municipal lease with GM Financial enables public entities to pay only for the useful life of vehicles. The payments under a lease program are subject to annual budgetary appropriation and are typically included as a line item in the operating budget and not considered debt.

HD Rear Vision Camera* and Rear Park Assist*
Give your officers extra confidence when parking or backing up by helping them to see behind the vehicle as well as alerting them to detected objects.

An independent rear suspension and a long wheelbase improve handling and ride smoothness on uneven pavement or on unpaved surfaces.

Max Payload and Max Trailering Capacity
The Tahoe SSV offers a max payload1 of 1,745 lbs. as well as an optional max trailering2 capacity of 8,200 lbs., which may eliminate the need for a dedicated towing vehicle.
